Our goal is to provide for each child a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that encourages the development of their innate brilliance! Since our inception in 1990, Quala Care has been committed to providing an affordable, high-quality program that enhances each child's physical, social/emotional, and cognitive development. We truly believe that the care children receive and their experiences during the first years of their life have a powerful influence on the way they view the world, relate to others, and succeed as learners. Children are able to learn and grow when they feel safe and loved through being presented with appropriate challenges from nurturing adults. Our experienced teachers embrace the view that each child is a unique person with an individual pattern and timing of social. physical, and intellectual development. Teachers manifest their respect for children by encouraging them to think for themselves, to make decisions, to work towards their own solutions, and to express their own ideas and feelings. Our program encourages exploration, questioning, and choices within limits in order for the children to learn more about the world around them. Health & Safety
Nothing is more important than the safety of our kids! You can rest assured we maintain a safe environment and a secure property where strict ID practices and entrance security keep your little one safe throughout the day. We practice regular emergency drills and each classroom is equipped with emergency and evacuation supplies. All our teachers receive ongoing health and safety trainings throughout the year to ensure we are always following best practices in the classrooms. Our classrooms are cleaned multiple times throughout the day with child-safe products and sanitized at the end of each day utilizing a thorough checklist. The center is also deep cleaned and sanitized every weekend. We always maintain strict teacher ratios, ensuring direct supervision of the children at all times. Children and teachers wash their hands constantly throughout the day and we teach proper hygiene in all our classrooms to help prevent the spread of germs. Everyone is monitored for signs of illness and excluded from care whenever symptomatic. Quala Care follows all guidance from our local Health Department and the Department of Education..
